A Virtual Business Address lets you use our London location as your official business address. We handle your mail by forwarding or scanning it to your secure portal. You can also book modern meeting rooms at our Great Portland Street offices when needed.
Virtual Business Plus includes all of the above, plus the ability to use our address as your Registered Office and Director Service Address for added compliance and privacy.
- How much do you charge for your meeting rooms?
- At our premium 167–169 Great Portland Street office in London, meeting rooms are available at £20.00 + VAT per hour for four people and £30.00 + VAT per hour for six people. At 7 Bell Yard, London, our four-person meeting room is £20.00 + VAT per hour and our six-person room is £30.00 + VAT per hour. At 85 Great Portland Street, London, our four-person meeting room is available for £20.00 + VAT per hour.
- How long does the mail forwarding service take to set up?

Once you have purchased your Virtual Business Address or Virtual Business Plus service online, the service can be activated once all required identification has been received. This includes ‘Proof of ID’ and ‘Proof of Address’ documentation from the following individuals:
• The account holder
• The payment cardholder (if different from the account holder)
• All company officers, including corporate officers (except secretaries)
Each relevant person must complete the verification process within 7 days to fully activate the service.
- How frequently is mail forwarded?

Mail within UK is forwarded daily.
International mail is sent twice a week.
- Can I collect mail from your office?
- Yes. All we ask is that you let us know when you are coming in so we can ensure your mail is ready for collection.
- Is there a charge for mail forwarding?

The cost of forwarding official and business mail to you is:
- Letters at £0.50 per item + Royal Mail 1st class postal charges.
- Parcels at £5 per item + Royal Mail Tracked postal charges.
- What documents do I need to provide for verification?

To complete the process, the account holder, the payment cardholder (if different), and all Company Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide the following: one Government-issued photo ID and one proof of address dated within the last three months, preferably a bank statement.
Proof of ID accepted:
- Passport (UK or foreign)
- UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
- National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)
Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note: we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to businesses.)
- Utility bill (gas, electric, landline phone bill)
- Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement
- Can I use your address on my ‘Google My Business’ profile?
- No, unfortunately our virtual office locations are not eligible for a 'Google My Business' profile on Google. However, other smaller online business directories might allow our locations to be used.
- Do you accept parcels?

Yes, we accept parcels at 167–169 Great Portland Street (London), 50 Princes Street (Ipswich), and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh). Parcels should be addressed to your business name.
Please note that goods are not insured while on our premises.
We can offer parcel dispatch or collection, depending on size and weight. Oversized or overweight parcels may be refused.
