Frequently Asked Questions

What are your office opening times?
Our offices in London, Edinburgh and Ipswich all have the same opening times: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Can I use two different addresses for different services, for example Registered Office Address and Director Service Address?
No. Only one address can be used for combined services.
Can I collect mail from your office?
Yes. All we ask is that you let us know when you are coming in so we can ensure your mail is ready for collection.
Do you accept parcels?
We can accept up to 2 parcels per week, as long as each is no bigger than a standard shoebox (approx. 35x25x13cm) and no heavier than 3kg.
Parcels are only accepted at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 85 Great Portland Street, and 7 Bell Yard (London); 50 Princes Street (Ipswich); and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh).
Our parcel handling fee is £5 per parcel for collection or forwarding (plus postage).
Oversize and/or overweight parcels (see above) will be refused.
What are the nearest stations to your Central London offices?
Our 167-169 Great Portland Street and 85 Great Portland Street addresses are located within easy walking distance of Oxford Circus, Goodge Street and Great Portland Street Underground stations.
Our 7 Bell Yard address is approximately equidistant from Temple, Holborn and Blackfriars Underground stations.
Will you be opening offices in other locations?
Yes. We are looking to open more offices in London and Manchester soon.
