What information do you need from me?
You will be required to fill out a short form which asks the details of your directors, shareholders etc.
How long does company formation take?
Once you complete the form on your account, we submit this to Companies House after we have reviewed your submission. If this is submitted during business hours, it may take up to 24 hours for your company to be formed. However, it could take longer.
Do you set up LLP, LLC or CIC companies?
No, we only incorporate LTD or LIMITED companies. However, you may still use our choice of prestigious addresses for any other company type, including LLP, LLC or CIC.
What is a PSC and do I need to have one?
A PSC is a 'Person with Significant Control.' It is a mandatory requirement for all companies to have a PSC.
Do I need to have a secretary?
No, a company secretary is optional.
How can I check if my company name is available?
To discover if your desired company name is available, please visit Companies House.
How many shares should I have?
If you are unsure, we recommend starting with one share at a value of £1. However, for more in-depth assistance, we advise you to contact an accountant for further advice.
What documents do you provide?
After your company is formed, you will receive four documents in digital form, including a Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, Model Articles and First Board Minutes.
How many companies can I incorporate?
We can incorporate as many companies as you need; however, the free company formation service is applicable for ONE company per package purchased.
Will my residential address appear on the public register?
No, your residential address is only required for admin purposes but does not appear on the public register, unless you choose to use your residential address elsewhere on the form.
