By default, your official mail will be scanned daily and securely uploaded to your dedicated client portal. We do not charge to scan and upload or forward your company’s official mail to you. Let us know how you would like your mail to be sent via your admin panel and we will follow these instructions.
Should you need a hardcopy of a letter that has been scanned, please let us know within two weeks of the upload date via your client portal and it will be posted to your mailing address.
- Can a Director Service Address be used as a Registered Office Address?
- A Director Service Address can also be used as the Registered Office Address but must be added to your order because there is a separate charge to use the address as the company’s Registered Office Address. See Registered Office Address.
- How do I change my Director Service Address?
- To change the Director Service Address, submit form CH01 or use Webfiling to change the Director Service Address electronically. Should you need help making the update, please ask and we will talk you through it.
- What ID do I need to supply?
- The account holder is required to supply proof of ID (passport, driving licence photocard, national identity card, military identity card, residence permit or visa) and proof of address documentation (utility bill, bank statement, mortgage statement, HMRC Notice of Coding) within seven days. This is to ensure that we comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ‘Know Your Customer’ requirements. You will be shown where to upload your ID once your order is complete.
- Does my contract automatically renew at the end of my 12-month term?
- No, we do not automatically renew our services. We send a renewal email a month before an annual renewal is due (followed by several reminders if action has not been taken).
- What is the fee for adding a Director Service Address?
- If you add our Director Service Address at the time of signing up for the Registered Office + Director Service Address service, the cost is only £10. However, if you choose to add it later, the price is £20 (incl. VAT).
