- Why do I need to pay a postal deposit?

For all services that include receiving business mail, we require a £20 postal deposit (plus VAT) to cover the cost of forwarding your business mail to you.
Additionally, if the default setting for processing official mail is changed from free scans to postal forwarding, a postal deposit is required.
Forwarding mail is charged at 50p per letter (plus the cost of forwarding). Once the deposit runs out, you will be required to top it up, and a notification will be sent to you.
- If I change my mind, can I cancel my service?
- Yes. You can change your mind and cancel your service for any reason within 14 days of your order date.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No, there are no hidden fees. Any applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.
- What documents do I need to complete identity verification?

To complete the process, the account holder, the payment cardholder (if different), and all Company Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide the following: one Government-issued photo ID and one proof of address dated within the last three months, preferably a bank statement.
Proof of ID accepted:
- Passport (UK or foreign)
- UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
- National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)
Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note: we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to businesses.)
- Utility bill (gas, electric, landline phone bill)
- Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement
- Is there a set-up fee?
- No. We don't charge any set-up fees. You'll only pay for the service you choose.
- Will my service renew automatically?
- No. Your service won't renew automatically. We'll send you a renewal notice 30 days before the end of your current term, followed by reminder emails before your renewal date.
- Do you offer monthly payments?
- Our address services are provided on a 12-month term and are paid for upfront. However, our telephone answering service is available with flexible monthly payment options.
- Can I upgrade my package after purchasing?
- Yes. If your business needs change, you can upgrade your package at any time. Simply contact our team, and we'll help you choose the most suitable option for your business.
- Can I use your address straight away?
- You'll be able to start using your address once you've successfully completed our identity verification checks and your service has been activated. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready to use.
- Can I purchase additional services later?
- Yes. You can purchase additional services at any time through your dedicated client portal.
- What happens after I place my order?
- Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email outlining the next steps. You'll then be asked to complete our identity verification checks. Once these have been successfully completed, we'll activate your service and let you know when it's ready to use.
