Do you charge per call answered?
No, we don’t. We offer unlimited inbound calls, all included in your monthly package price.
I already have a number and want to keep it. Can I set up call diversion to the number you provide?
Yes, you can. Simply contact your current phone provider and ask them to set up a call diversion to the number we allocate to you
What details are requested from callers as standard?
For all packages, we capture the following details by default: the caller’s name, phone number, email address (if requested), and the reason for the call.

If additional (personalised) data capture is required, this option is available with our Silver and Gold packages.
Do you offer call forwarding?
Yes, call forwarding is included in our Gold Package, which allows forwarding to up to four UK numbers. The package includes 60 minutes ready to use, with additional minutes charged at 55p per minute thereafter.
What happens if I use more than 60 minutes for call transfers?
If your monthly allowance is used before the next billing cycle, any additional minutes will be invoiced at a rate of 55p per minute thereafter.
What happens to my line when you are closed?
For all packages, callers will hear an out-of-hours message. With the Gold Package, callers can leave a voicemail, which is then emailed to you for follow-up.
Can I make changes to my script during my service?
Yes, you can request minor changes at no additional cost. For larger amendments, an administrative fee will apply.
How do you filter cold/sales calls?
If a call appears to be a sales enquiry - for example, someone from an energy company asking to speak with the person responsible for utilities, our call agents will follow a set screening process (checking whether we are a current customer or if an enquiry has been made, etc.).
For confirmed cold calls, the agent will politely inform the caller that we do not accept sales calls. Messages are not taken for cold calls, allowing you to focus on your genuine enquiries.
Can you block a caller?
Blocking is only available for known scam numbers and is decided by us. Please note that blocking a number will prevent that caller from contacting all of our clients, not just you.
Can you give information to my callers?
Yes. With our Silver and Gold packages, your script can capture additional data and include extra company information, such as services offered, location, email address, website,
Do you offer 24/7 call handling?
Yes! The basic call handling solution allowing callers to leave a voicemail at any time. You can personalise your message, so callers know which details to provide. Voicemails are emailed to you, enabling you to respond at your earliest convenience.

For a more personalised service, our Gold Package includes live call agent answering during operating hours and voicemail service outside of hours.Both packages ensure you are covered 24/7.
What is a Front End message?
A Front End message is a pre-recorded message that your callers will hear before the line starts to ring.

For example: Thank you for calling MYCO! Please note all calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
Our Bronze Package plays a generic message, while our Silver and Gold Packages let you personalise it with your company name and any additional information you’d like to include.
