All UK companies are required by law to have a registered office address, which is the official address for all correspondence from government agencies such as Companies House and HMRC.

If you sign up to either of the above packages, then receive non-official Government mail, including business post or mail, for example from consumers who may be trying to resolve problems, we will contact you to let you know you have received mail outside your selected package and will need to upgrade to our Virtual Business Plus package to receive all post. If you decide not to upgrade, then your business post will be returned to sender.
