What is Official Mail?

Official mail is mail sent to the company or its officers by Companies House, H.M Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and any other official mail such as court papers can be served to the company. Official mail does not include bank statements.

How much does it cost?

Our Registered Office address service which includes mail forwarding or scanning of all official mail costs £29 annually. Should you also require a Director Service address this is charged at £9.99 per year which covers all directors.
